Thanks to creativity and innovation spirit, Trend have developed agglomerated collections of mosaic that use until 78% of recovered recycled glass from the differentiated collection and represent on the market of the pavements and coverings in glass a new parameter of reference using of recycled material post-consumption.

From the 2004 the company has reduced the production of refusals, the consumption of raw materials and energy on production and distribution too. The design of the materials is defined with the objective to increase their durability and to return them more over a long time span current, improving and lengthening the cycle of life of the applied products.
All the Trend’s Agglomerates (Touch, Crystalline, Precious, Rocksolid) are GREENGUARD certified Children & Schools, they do not involve dangerous organic emissions. With the mosaics green of Trend they contribute to obtain credits LEED attributed to the sustainable buildings for the Material criteria and Resources, Quality of the Ambient Inside, Innovation and Design.
The company in 2009 has started an analysis of the environmental performances of own products based on the LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) with GECA (Australia), the only reference agency for the industry of glass, covering and pavement. In order to reduce the impact of own activities on environment Trend is engaged to inform and to involve all the collaborators, internal and displays to the company that participates to the row.
